We have updated all of our gift cards so that they can now be easily applied at check out, no matter when you received one. If you are having any issues applying your gift card number at check out please reach out to us through the chat bottom at the bottom of your screen.

Gift Card  FAQ's:

Do I get a physical card? Yes and no. If you want a physical card then you must come into a store to ask for one. If you buy a gift card online it will arrive to you or the recipient digitally.

Can I add a note to the card? Yes, our system allows you to add a personal message, send the card by email, or text message, or you can print it out at home.

What does the online gift card look like? Here is an example: 

I've lost the card number!?! No problem. Search through your emails for an email from onlineorders@cookculture.com or send us a note through the chat bottom at the bottom of your screen and we will help you out

I want a specific amount and your cards are set amounts! No problem, please reach out to us through the chat bottom at the bottom of your screen. We will customize a card for you and send it through to you for payment.

Do your Gift Cards expire? No, never. Gift Cards are like cash and do not expire.

I received a promotional card. Is it a Gift Card? No, please reach out to us through the chat bottom at the bottom of your screen and we will help determine what you have. Please be prepared to send us an image of your card
