Valrhona - Ampamakia – Madagascar – 2011

Very limited number of bars produced. Vintage dated as it is meant to be aged like fine wine. Best from 2014 onwards. Stunning array of citrus, berry and tropical fruit flavours from a more intense and higher acid vintage than 2010. Just superb quality as always from this great house.
