This amazing class focuses on the bounty of the vast ocean that surrounds our rock.  These recipes are delicious and easy to replicate and they also present amazing.  Equally great for a group of friends or family that you are wanting to make an impression with or used as easy meals and appies to keep your own soul satisfied. 

Come hungry to this delicious class as we will cook and eat the following: 

- Candied Salmon Cream Cheese Spread on Bagel Crisps or Pickled Cucumber Cups

- Sesame Herb Albacore Tuna with Chickpea Quinoa Fritters

- Spicy Tomato and Garlic Mussels

- Rooibos Tea Spice Rubbed Rockfish with Rooibos Coconut Cream
