This class is sure to put you in the Christmas baking spirit. We will make a decadent brandy-scented mincemeat filling and turn it into beautiful festive mince tarts. You will never buy store bought filling again! We will also make a traditional Stollen bread with rum-scented fruits and a homemade marzipan centre.

Come prepared to learn about and taste these Classic Christmas treats with a glass of eggnog or tea.
