Pasta by Hand Class 9/23 (Lonsdale)
Join Chef Calvin Pipping for this full-on, hands-on Pasta-making class. You will learn the magic of turning flour, water, and eggs into basic dough, which can then be made into an infinite number of fresh pasta shapes. Here we will make four varieties, with accompanying garnishes and seasonal sauces. You will be blown away by how little effort it takes to make fantastic pasta at home!
- Cavatelli with roasted cauliflower, chilies, raisins, anchovies
- Farfalle with ricotta, peas, mint
- Ravioli with pumpkin, butter, sage
- Mint Tagliatelle with lamb ragu
*Come hungry, you will eat pasta!
