Pasta by Hand Class 3/14 (Lonsdale)
Join Chef Annabelle Choi as she shops and cooks with the season featuring the best of the Lower Mainland farms and waters. This class is full throttle, hands on artisan pasta making class combining different types of flours with seasonal sauces and garnishes to inspire you in the kitchen.
- Smoked Spanish pepper Linguine with rapini, sprouted wheat berries & kale pesto
- Spiced cashew pumpkin sage ricotta & preserved lemon Cappelletti with Vancouver grown organic oyster mushrooms, chard, preserved lemon and parsley
- Saffron Cavatelli with confit tomatoes, winter squash and basil
Pasta courses will be served family style with a refreshing Winter Farmer’s Market vegetable salad
