Pasta by Hand Class 10/22 (Lonsdale)
Join Chef Jonathan Chovancek as he shops and cooks with the season featuring the best of the Lower Mainland farms and waters. This class is full throttle, hands on artisan pasta making class with seasonal sauces and garnishes to inspire you in the kitchen.
- Semolina farfalle with squash, fresh tomatoes and pecorino
- Tagliolini with grilled mushrooms, sprouted wheat berries, shaved egg yolk & ricotta cream
- Chorizo spiced chicken cappelletti with Vancouver Island clams, preserved lemon and parsley
- Saffron ricotta cavatelli with confit tomatoes, swiss chard and basil
Pasta courses will be served family style with a big refreshing Autumn Farmer’s Market vegetable salad with sprouted lentils and seeds
3 hours - 11am to 2pm
