Nahm Prik Num – Chang Mai style chili relish dip served with a variety of raw and blanched vegetables (cucumbers, cabbage, long beans) and pork rinds
Khao Soi Gai – Northern-style chicken curry noodle
Geng Hang Lae – Northern-style spiced Burmese pork curry spiced like cassia bark, coriander, anise, and cumin served with steamed jasmine rice
Kluay Kaeg – thai style fried bananas
