Come to this fun and playful class and learn what a high-powered blender can do for you.
We will focus the class on those things that a regular blender will always fall short on, including:
- Creamy Green Smoothie (Yes, this baby can turn kale into smooth velvet.)
- Almond and Other Nutmylks (For dairy alternatives, this tool is like no other.)
- Almond Spread and Cashew Cream (Using nuts to make dairy and egg free sandwich spreads and dressings.)
- Pureed Soup (So creamy, with no need to strain or blend twice.)
- Grinding Flour (Want really fresh whole grain flour of any kind?...grind it yourself as you need it.)
- Grinding Spices (Let's make a curry spice from whole spices better and fresher than store bought.)
- Raw Desserts (There is a whole other world of desserts out there waiting to be explored with this amazing tool.)
I will get you started so that you can take your Vitamix to the next level on your own at home!
