Fresh and Healthy Holiday Class 11/24 (Victoria)
The holidays can be a heavy time for our bodies and I have been known to pack on a few extra pounds each year. Prevention of this is the motivation behind this class. We will focus on some nutritious snacks, sides and entrées that offer a lighter alternative to the usual holiday heavy. After this lesson you will have a repertoire that you can not only use for Christmas dinner, but also as a go-to for many of the winter months.
