Join Chef Jonathan as he takes you on a taste journey around the world focusing on global techniques to make nurturing and delicious dumplings from scratch. This will be a hands on class culminating in a tasting menu of the dumplings made in the class.
- Saffron ravioli with black pepper ricotta & roasted winter squash in brown sage butter
- Shanghai pork dumplings with green onion - black vinegar garlic sauce
- Ukrainian pirogies with smoked cheddar, onions and potato
- Potato gnocchi with pumpkin seed - pecorino pesto
*Come hungry, we will be tasting all of the dumplings.
