Seasonal Baking Series: Decadent Thanksgiving Desserts Class 10/02 (Victoria)
Mixes will be a thing of the past, after you master the skill of making your own tender, beautiful cakes. In this hands-on class we will learn the proper techniques in baking, decorating and serving three styles of cakes. Garnishing techniques will also be covered, which will turn these cakes into holiday show pieces!
Decadent Ginger devil's food cake, vanilla and pear compote filling, finished with a caramel buttercream and ganache glaze
Pumpkin and toffee steamed cake, with hazelnut croquant decor
Apple and ginger upside down cake, served with a traditional vanilla sauce - rustic and beautiful
Hands-on with some demonstration
