Dandelion Chocolate: Mantuano, Venezuela - 70%


Made using beans from Mantuano - these beans are a longtime favourite inside and outside the Dandelion factory. From a female-run co-op located in the tropical hills near the Caribbean coast of Venezuela. Taste subtle notes of gingerbread up front with an explosion of espresso and cinnamon notes at the end. All of Dandelion's single-origin bars are made with just cocoa beans and sugar, no added cocoa butter, lecithin, or vanilla.
