Join Chef Jonathan Chovancek for his new Chef on the Road Series: Flavours of New Orleans. Fresh from a delicious week of eating and cooking in NOLA, Chef Jonahan features the vibrant and electric cuisine of one of the world's greatest food cities. This is a demonstration class with some hands on elements finishing with a delicious family style meal. 


  • Cajun Dungeness crab seafood boil with house made hot sauce
  • Creole chicken and andouille étouffée 
  • Aged cheddar cheesy spoon bread 
  • Cornmeal shortcakes with buttermilk ice cream and late summer fruits
