Chef on the Road: Mexico City Street Food Class 12/14 (Lonsdale)
Join Chef Jonathan Chovancek for his new Chef on the Road Series: Mexico City Street Food kicks off with the vibrant and electric fusion of Mexican culture and flavour. This is a demonstration class with some hands on elements finishing with a delicious family style meal.
- Pineapple horchata
- Albacore tuna and grilled octopus ceviche with Condesa guacamole
- Hand made tacos al pastor, carnitas and guisados with peanut & arbor chile salsa; green tomatillo salsa; sweet shrimp pico de gallo
- Chicken mole poblano with red rice
- Churros with dark chocolate - coconut sauce
