Appetizers & Small Bites

This festive, communal cooking course is sure to perk-up your appetizer repertoire. You’ll learn to make (and eat!) a variety of easy appetizers, including:

  • Vietnamese salad rolls
  • blue cheese cocktail cookies
  • cumin & cinnamon spiced nuts
  • pork and shrimp gyoza dumplings (with a vegetarian variation)
  • warm marinated olives with goat cheese
  • cheese gougères
  • port & fig compote  *you’ll want to make a double batch of this one, to share as a Christmas gift
