Learn the the skills and build the foundations you need to create your own delicious meals at home. We will cover everything from knife skills and food safety to bread, stocks and pastries in three fun filled weeks. Learn the basics and walk away with a great arsenal of skills and recipes.
You must register for all 3 classes.
September 29th: Knife skills/Soups/Basic Bread/Basic Bechamel Sauce
October 6th: Roasting Chicken/Food Safety/Stock/Fruit Crumble
October 13th: Vinaigrette/Basic Pastry/Gravy/Basic Quick Pickle/Cookies

Garlic and Herb Focaccia
Pea and Ham Soup
The Ultimate Mac and Cheese
Chocolate Brownies with Dulce de Leche
Day 2 - October 6th
Crostini with Tapenade and Goat Cheese
Roast Chicken Dinner with roasted vegetables, stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuits
Day 3 - October 13th
Spinach Salad with Maple Vinaigrette, Candied Nuts, Pickled Onions and Dried Fruit
