Shipping

How much does it cost to ship?

In general, shipping is $5 for all orders. If your order contains large, heavy items (such as cookware sets, dinnerware sets, stand mixers, or cast iron ovens) then there may be an additional charge of $10 - $25. You will see this when checking out.

Please note: due to the high cost of shipping to the North West Territories, Nunavut, and the Yukon Territories the base shipping rate is $20.

 

How long will it take for my order to be ready?

In general, your order will ship (or will be ready for pickup) within one business day of being placed. You will receive an email notifying you that your order is being shipped, or is ready for pickup.

In situations where there will be a delay, you will be notified via email. 

 

Shipping to the United States

US shipments may be subject to import duties , brokerage fees and local sales taxes that may be levied upon receipt of your order. These additional charges for customs clearance are the sole responsibility of the addressee; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they might be

International Online Orders

We do not ship online orders outside of Canada & the United States.

 

Gift Card Delivery

Our gift cards are shipped free of charge within Canada via Canada Post regular mail.

 

In-Store Pickup

We offer free in-store pick up at all of our stores. Select your desired store location at checkout. 

 

Holidays Shipping

With the busy holiday season upon us, we have set out deadlines for orders if you need them delivered on or before December 23.

December 20, 9am PST

BC, AB

December 16, 9am PST

SK, MB, ON, QC

December 13, 9am PST

NL, NS, PE, NB

December 9, 9am PST

USA, NU/NT, YT, Rural*

December 1, 9am PST

* “Rural” is any postal code ending in “0”

 

Other Notes

Damage Claims

Damage claims must be made within 3 days of receipt of delivery by emailing sales@cookculture.com. Goods must be returned in original packaging.

 

Delivery Delays

Cook Culture is not responsible for delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as delays due to severe weather, natural disasters or strikes.
