Join Chef Akemi Akutsu, on Friday May 24th for Japanese Fundamentals. She will show us shrimp and pork gyoza, teriyaki chicken with mushrooms, and a seasonal soup. Along with delicious, healthy food, she teaches us about Japanese culture and shares treats with us from her family's farm in Japan.
