Linda is a home-style cook whose formal training has absolutely nothing to do with culinary skills. Although her technical background is in biology and chemistry, a life-long interest in all things food has led Linda to read many books (way too many in the opinion of some!) and take various cooking courses in topics such as home cheese making. She enjoys passing along techniques and information that bring a basic understanding of chemistry as applied to cheese making in a way that demystifies this miraculous process and makes the creation of artisanal cheese in your home kitchen both fun and practical.
