Chickpeas 5 ways

When it comes to cooking with our products, one of the most common questions we get is how to properly cook chickpeas. Our answer? It’s the easiest thing ever!

We’re excited to partner with our good friends at Cook Culture to share the amazing benefits of cooking our chickpeas from scratch. The simplest way to ensure that healthy, delicious meals can be yours at the ready is to adopt a basic batch cooking approach to your weekly food prep. Don’t have a food prep routine yet? Then we’re sure this will be just the ticket to get you going.

We’ve been working with All-Clad's pressure cooker, and are excited to share with you a quick way to batch cook all of our products. Once cooked, simply keep your cooked grains or beans in the fridge until ready to eat, and any extras (and there will be extras) are easily stored in the freezer for later use.

Watch the video to learn the basics of pressure cooking our chickpeas with the All-Clad pressure cooker, and get 5 super simple (yet totally satisfying and delicious) ways to enjoy them. In addition, we’ve provided a guide to pressure cooking all of our premium Canadian products, so eating well all week long will be yours!

Its no secret we love our grains and beans. With cooking this easy and the results this good? We know you’ll get hooked too.
