I loved Chef Akemi's instruction style, she provided lots of info, and I liked the hands- on opportunity. I thought her recipes were very well thought out- all ingredients are available and none of the process was beyond a beginner's skill. She was very willing to answer all questions and provided us interesting information about Japanese history and culture as well as food.
Thanks to the kitchen crew who did a great job on clean- up and on making sure we had the right implements. I thought the whole evening was very good value.
