Chef Josh Blumenthal

For close to a decade Chef Josh Blumenthal has dedicated his career to local, sustainable cuisine. His culinary passion led him to the West Coast, where he graduated with honours from the Pacific Institute of Culinary Arts. In the years that followed Josh split his time between some of Vancouver’s finest restaurants(West, Wildebeest, Bishop’s) and Michelin starred kitchens in the UK and Scandinavia.

In addition to being a classically trained butcher and local food proponent, Josh is the co-founder of the Vancouver based Elementa, a collective of young culinary talents, who specialize in pop-up dinners and private events.
