This week, we held the first in a series of marathon and half-marathon nutritional classes presented by Frontrunners Victoria. It was the first of its kind that we’ve hosted at Cook Culture and we hope to continue offering these in the future. It’s an experiment in cooking and running – both of which are uncomplicated and essential pleasures.
