Our Christmas open house and grand opening is this Friday Dec 3rd from 4pm to 8pm and all day Saturday Dec 4, 10:30 am 5:30pm. We’re excited to have Chef Johnny Lee in our kitchen. He’s whipped up quite the menu:

In our opinion, there isn’t much better than devouring some of the tastiest braised dishes that the season has to offer on a chilly November night. Last Thursday, Cook Culture played host to “Stews and Ragus” with Don Genova, a demonstration class which offered plenty of opportunities for the class to participate. While it’s commonly thought that stews and ragus need several hours for the flavours to mingle, Don demonstrated how easy it can be to impart delicious, slow-cooked taste in a limited amount of time.
It's finally here. We received the green light to open so tomorrow will be our first day. We will be closed on Thursday for Remembrance Day but back at it on Friday morning to start the mad rush to Xmas.
Wanted to say thanks for supporting the renovation of the Mustard Seed shelter and food bank! I appreciate it when companies are community focused. I'll be coming to Cook Culture soon!
