We’ll have a little blurb in the Nov/Dec Western Living Mag and have coupled that with our first ad. Our copy writter (Candice Schultz of Writing Victoria) and graphic designer (Matt Cecill of Factotum Design) have done a great job on our first go.
We’re now posting for employment opportunities at Cook Culture. The positions available are Retail Sales Manager and a part time Sales Associate. The employment model of Cook Culture is for all involved to earn a livable wage. Yes this is retail but we are not looking to hire $10.00 per hour staff.
Our new website design is getting the final touches and looks great. We’ll have a splash of product, a glossary of terms and items, our cooking class info with on-line sign up along with the BIO’s of all 5 instructors and the expected “about us” page. In the works for the new year is a fully functional bridal registry. The site will introduce you to the colours that we’ll be using throughout the store that indicates the harvest time of year.
We plan to launch the new site for (about) October 1st.
Wanted to say thanks for supporting the renovation of the Mustard Seed shelter and food bank! I appreciate it when companies are community focused. I'll be coming to Cook Culture soon!
