Come see us at this year’s Feast of Fields

This Sunday, we’re excited to be participating in Feast of Fields at Alderlea Farm in the beautiful Cowichan Valley. This will be our second Feast and we’re counting down the days. We’ll be there with our traveling knife skills demonstration along with our instructors - chef Cosmo Meens and chef Dwane MacIsaac. Cosmo will be serving up soup on from the Hot and Cold Cafe, and Dwane will be making pizza from the onsite wood-fired brick oven.

Cook Culture will be among some 60 chefs, restaurants, wineries, breweries and other local food producers many of which will be from the Cowichan Valley this year. The event is a great example of the abundance of food grown locally – and is always such a marvelous way to spend a day. Wandering the idyllic fields of Alderlea Farm, enjoying incredible food and meeting like-minded and passionate people… well, need we say more? Hope to see you there!
